Kevin is a 27+ year U.S. Army veteran, retired from the Louisiana National Guard, where he served as an Engineering Officer overseeing multi-million-dollar construction projects. His extensive experience in building oversight, structural analysis, and materials quality control gives him a trained eye for detail and a deep understanding of how homes are built, and how they should perform.

What’s included in a home inspection?
Every major system is inspected, structure, roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation, insulation, attic, and exterior. You’ll receive a detailed report with photos and recommendations.
How long does an inspection take?
Most residential inspections take about 2–3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. You’ll get your report the same day.
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to join the walkthrough, it’s the best way to learn about your home and ask questions in real time.
Do you offer extra testing?
Yes, we provide mold, air, and water testing, as well as WDIR termite inspections and sewer scope video inspections.
Do you inspect commercial buildings?
Yes. Offices, warehouses, and flex spaces can be inspected, each project is priced individually based on scope and size.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes, we are fully insured and certified through InterNACHI, licensed in both states, and recognized as a Louisiana Veteran-Owned Business.
