COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION

Commercial Inspection

Due to the variety of different commercial structures, each commercial building inspection is priced individually. Please contact us directly for pricing.

  • A systematic process, from shingle to slab. I complete each inspection methodically, giving each component the attention to detail that it deserves. Each system in the home (Exterior, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, Roof, Structure and HVAC are thoroughly examined based on its ability to function as it was designed for its operational lifespan.

  • My process begins at the exterior of the home, which the evaluation begins. Roof quality, proper attic venting, foundation evaluation, as well as the materials and installation methods designed to maintain a dry, clean, safe home. The structure of the home is evaluated to determine any possibility of current or potential structural issues.

  • The major systems of Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing are evaluated using an established process, paying close attention to how these components function as systems. All installed appliances are checked for proper operation and safety.

  • Safety issues are brought up immediately.

  • Major issues, along with any other minor issues are captured during the report with pictures and explanations.

  • Upon completion of my report, I will review it with you in person and allow you to ask any specific questions you may have. I am YOUR advocate for ensuring you have a complete picture of the condition of the home and its components and systems. Once that is complete, I bring my report back to my desk, do a little proofreading and grammar control, and the report is ready for you the same day.

  • Finally, the support tenet. Your report will live online forever. If you misplace your report, you can re-download it at any time. If you have questions, I am always available to help.
